Participation is one of the most important tool of the learning process.. It enhances the overall personality of the students.Participation gives more liberty to students to express their views and opinions. Students are able to learn more effectively when they receive positive reinforcement from their peers or teachers. Participation also helps students get involved in a discussion about a topic that interests them, which leads them to be better informed about it than if they had just read about it in a textbook. It is important for students to be engaged in the learning process rather than just be spectators of information. Students who participate are more likely to retain their knowledge and have a positive outlook on future endeavors. Participating in activities also allows students to apply their knowledge by explaining it to others, which further reinforces their understanding and brings out the best in their Personality.
